McLean’s Pub Call Of The Wilde: Swing Game

December 7, 2017

By Brian Wilde

This one against the Calgary Flames was one of those swing games. After winning five straight and then losing finally, the next one is key to not start swinging in the other direction following a winning streak with a losing skid. To the Wilde Horses to see which way the wind blows…..

“It’s been quite quiet around Price’s grill these days” ==> I’d say it coincides more with the return of Weber

Brian what’s your take on CJ’s comments regarding #27?

Wants him to puck battle harder. That’s a tough one because not every player is the same mould.

Would he ask Froese to shoot harder ?

I think Galchenyuk brings what he brings and a coach also makes sure that an offensive talent is given chances to show that.

Taking that talented stick out of his hands isn’t helping

They don’t like anything about this Quebec city bid. Ouch! This hurts. But there is not a single tiny piece of information that can contradict what you wrote…
