It was a rough night for the Canadiens as they fell 6-1 to the Washington Capitals in their second game of the season.

    Balanced analysis and spot on as always Brian. I have to say I really appreciate that you never seem to fully pile on one side of the narrative. That sort of reporting is shallow and becomes grating (for me at least) very quickly. Looking forward to hearing from you again tomorrow after ether Rangers game. Thanks for all your hard work.

      I agree with this Kurtus. It’s the mark of an amateur journalist and an amateur follower of sports. There’s only one parade and the rest are striving to get there so they have their failures and their achievements and should be reported on as such.

    Tough game but only one. I appreciate the calm approach Brian. I afmit it was tough to stay calm but on to New York for a better one! GHG!

    Also, striet and hemsky seem done. If no real contribution by game 10, they need to step aside.

      Agreed. They’re done. I would be shocked if there is recovery on either of those two players.
