Really, liked it guys. Agree with Grant, Benn gets at minimum a 3rd. But I would like to see what they could get for smooth skating Petry.

I really like your podcasts, but I do wish you could find a way to stop talking over each other (mainly Brian over Grant). I know it’s hard on a phone when you can’t see each other and the ideas are flowing, but it is an area that could stand some improvement.

The Blues can’t trade him again.

Nice to hear a podcast. Too bad its about prospects and not cheerfull habs news.out of it in jan is dreadfull.i cant even listen to tsn690 anymore, whats wrong with the habs they say, bergevins ineptness as a gm thats what.he thru this shit team together when plan A failed with markov, radulov abandoning ship.then no plan B,just panic to get anyone who will come here. The no slashing rule seemed to be the straw that broke the camels back and changed the game drasticlly this year.when the reg ssn began, nobody could get a definitive handle on what was being called what wasnt,so it seems the idea going forward was to just stop anything and everything that resembled a penalty. No slashing,no hooking,no holding, lead to no checking, dont want a charging penalty,no fighting. I mean i watch games now to see when a check will be dealt out, watch for yourself, here it comes guys going along the boards with the puck, opponent comes might put his stick out to poke check the puck or at best gently bump shoulders with another player. Wheres the booom solid body checks? Wheres the wear your opponent down game plan.before stronger teams would slow down faster teams by hitting relentlessly.no more. To me its gone too far,its puzzy hockey,no touch gary bettman basketball style game now. You dont even see players hitting there opponent to clear them out of the crease. Mario lemieux wanted this kind of game in his day, well its here and it sucks, bad. Not as entertaining anymore at all. Well im at it,the draft is another issue. This bottom 5 into a lottory ENCOURAGES TANKING. Yes its happening still. Buff, edm, tor did tanking for years to rebuild.habs doing it now,but scamming us by saying its thier honest effort.ya b.s. I say all 31 teams at ssns end go into a hat, drawn one by one, first drawn gets overall 1st pick, etc. This eliminates tanking and then ull see an honest effort by ALL teams during the second half of the ssn, because hey all have the same chance of drafting high. Imagine mcdavid in mtl,or matthews in pitt, couldve happened with this system.in a culture now of fairness this old draft system is ancient.needs a revamp. Ahhhh fed up with hockey.rich owners who care about the allmighty $ not the status of the team itself. Still watch the games and follow recrutes everyday.
