Brian, this is a blessing. They wouldn’t go far if they made the playoffs anyways. I’d rather this happen and provoke them to trade Pacioretty and Plecanec for a retool. This team has some seriously nice pieces and the wings’ talent will be utilized once they shore up the centre position. Give it a couple a years. I see Poehling, Juuleson, Mete, Ikonnen, and Sherback as positives. Load up the draft picks/propects. Don’t forget the capspace. This can turn around quickly…New Jersey Devil style.

You look as degected as i feel brian. just brutal how a proud historical franchise can sink to such depths.
Whats needed desperately is a habs president with his 100% eye solely on hockey.geoff molson runs a brewery, builds condos etc, geoff 100% blindly and completely trusts bergy to run the hockey operations.well thing is when the gm is not doing a proper job is he going to say yuh know what ill fire myself? No of course not.thats whats happening here.if we had a habs prez, bergy would be gone allready.period. Say you put patrick roy as a president of the habs, then let him decide to keep or fire bergy and or julien.

Pierre lebrun during the intermission said he doesnt think drouin is a center, hes giving him credit for trying but get a real 1c he says and move drouin to wing with less responsibilitys.

Best thing to do now is jump on the grenade. Lose every game. Hire a prez, fire bergy. Im sure even the players are fed up as hell with juliens D first dinosaur style.
When it was 3-1 then 4-1 did you see the habs players faces on the bench? No ones pissed off mad, head sunk in thier hands,no one mad busting sticks in the hallway,it was robot like straight face ho humm.
