Ryan Poehling Scouting Report

Ryan Poehling had two assists in a 6-1 St. Cloud State victory last weekend versus Colorado College Nov. 17. Here is a scouting report:

– A strong first shift of the game…skating well, created a good chance with his puck carrying skills. Seven minutes in he entered the Colorado College zone and threaded the puck right onto his linemates stick for a glorious scoring chance. He led him perfectly with the pass but the goalie made the save and forced a faceoff. Poehling wins the draw, goes behind the net to pick up the shot from the point and feeds Easton Brodzinski from behind the net to the slot for the first goal of the game.
